Real Estate and Property Management Program
The purpose of the Real Estate and Property Management Program is to equip the students with the effective practice which is essential for public and private properties.
In order to achieve this Program’s objectives we aim at teaching our students some basic topics such as reconstruction projects, financial and development aspects of the real estate assessment, Real Estate in banks and insurance legislation with regard to the latest developments, Real Estate purchases and leases on contract law, reconstruction experting and land registration.
Our students who are given theoretical and practical courses have the knowledge about the importance of legislation and are able to possess all the legal conditions to run their own workplaces of business.
Property and real estate management practices are compatible with the EU integration process and the EU legal regulations and procedures. For the purpose we have adapted all Program courses to the fast-developing changes in the EU.
