Engineers and architects are the leading ones among those technical employees. From this point of view, Faculties of Engineering & Architecture, where the education of engineering and architecture is configured and applied, is one of the most important faculties of universities

Engineering, with its most general definition, is a field that transforms the searching results of the basic sciences into the products and presents these products to social utility. In this way, it is possible to improve the level of social development and welfare. Creative thinking, designing and producing are basic phases of engineering and architecture. Arel University Faculty of Engineering & Architecture, being aware of these phases, begins the engineering education with the strong mathematical and basic sciences education and goes on with the modern engineering education, comprising branch courses. The medium of education in our faculty is generally English. All planning were also made for the students whose medium of education is Turkish, to be able to use English effectively. One of our aims is to teach a second foreign language to our students.
One of our indispensable objectives is to provide our students’ the most effective usage of information technology in all branches of engineering. In the same time, engineering is a field of profession requiring the sensibility of society and environment. Our faculty of Engineering & Architecture enriches its programs with Communication Skills, History of Civilizations, Entrepreneurship, General Business Principles, and related social based courses in addition to basic sciences, information technologies and engineering branch courses.
We give impressive importance to the relationships between the university and industry, business and trade world in terms of seeing the reflections of theoretical knowledge in application. We are trying to cooperate with many firms, foundations and institutions. We pay attention to these relationships in terms of our students’ starting to work in a job and being successful in there.
Our aim is to raise qualified engineers and architects who will present important services to our country and the whole mankind and, in the same time, to contribute to the universal science with the scientific studies performed by our university. The education in our university is carried out by competent, well-equipped instructors in technologically-equipped, perfect physical areas.
