Both public relations and advertising are two areas were discovered of their importance since the beginning of the 20 century. It is determined that on the basis of economic and political crises especially in developed Western countries are lack of services in the field of public relations and advertising, accordingly communities and countries have turned towards to tidy up them. Today, public relations and advertising has been functioning as the hobby horse in the contemporary world. Both public and private, in all sectors, public relations in organizations and institutions and special units in the advertising and publicity field are created. This trend gained momentum in the last twenty years in Turkey has been observed. In both the public and the private sector significant financial resources are allocated for public relations, advertising and promotional activities and training seminars are offered.
